Course 1: Find Your Opportunity
You Don’t Need a Product Idea to Start Creating Products.
Perhaps you’d like to create your own digital product. An eBook, a short course, a guide, workbook. templates. Or something else entirely. There’s just one problem.
You don’t know what to create.
And that’s where many people get stuck. They wait for inspiration. They make lists of their hobbies. They try to think of things they’re good at.
They ask themselves what they’re passionate about, or they ask AI: “Give me 20 digital product ideas.” Within seconds they have a list but there’s still a problem.
Which idea is actually worth pursuing?
Course 1 of the Product Creation Series takes a different approach.
Instead of starting with products…
We start with problems.
Somewhere, Someone Has a Problem.
Every day people go online looking for help. They want to know how to do something. fix something, improve something, avoid something, understand something, start something stop something, or make something easier.
Those problems create opportunities.
If you can find a group of people with a problem and eventually create something that helps them solve it, you may have the beginnings of a digital product.
So your first job isn’t to invent a product. It’s to discover a problem worth investigating.
That’s What Course 1 Helps You Do.
Find Your Opportunity is a simple, practical course for beginners. You don’t need an existing product idea. You don’t need specialist knowledge, previous business experience.
And you don’t need to be an AI expert.
We’ll start at the beginning.
AI Helps You Explore.
Artificial Intelligence makes this process much easier. Instead of sitting in front of a blank page trying to think of ten problems people might have, you can use AI to help you explore. You can investigate different groups of people. different situations, different frustrations, different things people are trying to achieve.
AI can suggest possibilities you may never have considered. Then you decide which ones are worth exploring further.
AI Helps. You Create. It assists with the thinking, you make the decisions.
What Will You Actually Do?
This isn’t a course where you spend hours watching videos and wondering what you’re supposed to do with the information. You’ll work through a series of short, practical workshops.
Each workshop moves you a little further forward.
You’ll use AI to help you discover possibilities and look at problems from the customer’s point of view. You’ll begin narrowing your choices, consider who experiences the problem, and it matters to them.
Whether it could become a useful product opportunity. and whether it’s something you want to take further. You don’t have to find the perfect opportunity. You need to find one that’s worth investigating.
What If I Can’t Think of Any Problems?
You Don’t need to.
Because we’re not going to ask you to sit down and invent a long list of problems. We’ll use AI to help us get started. Then we’ll investigate further.
The blank page is no longer the starting point, the conversation is.
At first you may find lots of possibilities. That’s expected. We’re not going to turn every one of them into a product. We’ll gradually reduce them.
Which problems seem interesting? Which appear worth investigating? Who experiences them? How serious are they?
Could a digital product realistically help? Which opportunity would you actually like to take further? By the end, you should have a much clearer answer.
Why Not Just Ask AI What to Sell?
You can. But AI doesn’t have to live with the decision. You do.
AI can suggest a hundred product ideas. That doesn’t mean any of them are right for you.
The Product Creation Academy teaches a different relationship with AI. Ask it for help. Ask it for possibilities. Ask it to challenge you. Ask it to help organise your thinking.
But don’t hand over every decision. AI is the assistant. You’re the product creator.
What You’ll Have at the End.
You won’t finish Course 1 with a finished eBook, or a completed video course. And you won’t be launching anything yet. You’ll have something that needs to come first.
Direction.
You’ll have a customer you’re interested in helping. A problem worth investigating. A possible product opportunity. And your Product Opportunity Blueprint to take into Course 2.
That’s your first victory.
